Moritz Tannast

Moritz Tannast is Deputy head of Hip and Pelvic Surgery, Inselspital, University of Bern, and Professor of the Swiss National Science Foundation, Universities of Berne and Z├╝rich.

Moritz gained his general medical qualification from the University of Bern in 2002, after which he did his National Service in the Swiss Air Force as a Medical Officer. His internships were undertaken at the University of Bern, and he completed three research posts in Bern, Harvard Medical School and the Hip and Pelvis Institute at St John's Hospital in Santa Monica, California.

He has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers, written 27 book chapters and presented at over 250 medical conferences wordlwide.
